2. Product Classification & Terms of Sale

Products on this site are categorized as follows:

Original Artworks: One-of-a-kind physical pieces shipped directly from our studio in Italy.
Custom-Made Products (Prints, Posters & Merch): Produced specifically for you upon order via our global partners (Gelato and Prodigi). Legally, these are defined as "clearly personalized goods."

3. Payment and Shipping

Orders are considered final only upon receipt of full payment. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not successfully processed. Shipping times are estimates; the Seller is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs processing for extra-EU orders. For international orders, any local import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the Customer.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Your right to return an item depends on the product category under D.Lgs. 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code):

For Original Artworks: You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the item. To exercise this, you must use the "Withdraw from contract" link in our footer. Return shipping is at the Customer's expense and must be tracked and insured.
For Custom-Made Products (Prints & Merch): Pursuant to Art. 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for goods made to the consumer’s specifications. All sales of these items are final unless they arrive damaged or defective.

5. Cookies

Reproduce or duplicate artwork for commercial purposes. Note: Purchase of a physical artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the Customer.

7. Hyperlinking to our Content

Government agencies, search engines, and news organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval so long as the link is not deceptive. We reserve the right to request that you remove all links to our Website at our discretion.

8. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All products are covered by a 24-month Legal Guarantee of Conformity as per the Italian Consumer Code. In the event of a manufacturing defect, the Customer must notify the Seller within two months of discovery. For damaged arrivals, notification must be sent within 30 days of delivery.

9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian Law. For any dispute involving a Consumer (a person buying for personal use), the mandatory jurisdiction is the court of the place of residence or domicile of the Consumer. For all other cases, the court of Bergamo shall have jurisdiction.
