Can I return my order? Our return policy depends on the type of item you purchased:

Original Artworks: In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005), you have a 14-day "Right of Withdrawal" for original pieces shipped from our studio. You can return an original for any reason within 14 days of receipt.

Giclée Prints, Posters & Merch: These items are fulfilled by our global partners Prodigi and Gelato. Because these products are manufactured specifically for you as soon as you place an order (made-to-order), they are considered clearly personalized items. Under Art. 59 of the Consumer Code, they are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal, and all sales are final.

Important: Original items must be shipped back in their original, undamaged condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and must be sent via a tracked and insured service.

What if my item arrives damaged or has a defect? We take great pride in our quality, but if something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered with our 30-day "Arrived Safe" Promise:

• If any item (Print or Original) arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

• Include clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

• We will provide a complimentary replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

How long do refunds take? Once we receive your returned original or verify a defect in a print, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
