Legal Guarantee: This product is covered by a 24-month Legal Guarantee of Conformity. If the item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
Damages & Issues
Arrived Damaged: Please report any transit damage or printing errors within 14 days of delivery. You must include high-quality photos of the damaged product and the original packaging to qualify for a free replacement.
Address Accuracy: We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Fulfillment: Once the carrier marks the package as "Delivered," the order is considered complete.
